EXTERIOR RENOVATION - We gave this old 1640 farm house in Hampton falls a complete external make over. We tore off the roof of the main part of the post & beam section of house, we tore down and disposed of the old screen room in back, we stripped away the old cedar shakes and pine trim.EXTERIOR RENOVATION - We gave this old 1640 farmhouse in Hampton Falls a complete external makeover. EXTERIOR RENOVATION - We added a 2nd level to the main post & beam part of the house, extended the existing chimney by 14 feet with a new blue stone cap, we added a new sunroom, we added a new mudroom, new 2nd story little deck, all new overhangs around the entire building, all new Azek trim and to finish it off we applied new cedar shake impressions with white pvc trim for all corners and windows.EXTERIOR RENOVATION - We added a second level to the main post and beam part of the house, extended the existing chimney by 14 feet with a new bluestone cap, added a new sunroom, added a new mudroom, built a small new second-story deck, new overhangs around the entire building, all new Azek trim and to finish it off we applied new cedar shake impressions with white PVC trim for all corners and windows.
